[Title] => The Ayala Group of Companies makes a mark in Cebu
[Summary] => Some years back, not quite so once-upon-a-time, a bigwig of a player, an establishment with long-range visions and double concrete plans, known then simply as Ayala, purchased the entire 40-hectare Club Filipino Golf Course located right in the center of Cebu.
In time, with more than just a little help from Cebu Holdings, a public-listed company engaged mainly in the ownership, development, marketing and management of real estates, Ayala eventually transformed the great open space into a metropolitan hub, officially called the Cebu Business Park.
