Rizal Technological University (RTU) harvested eight gold medals in dominating men’s boxing in the 26th State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA)-National Capital Region Games at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) Villamor Campus in Pasay City Friday.
