Customs Commissiner Titus B. Villanueva issued Customs Memorandum Order (CMO) 38-2001 yesterday directing all BOC district collectors to carry out the DTI order. The tariff will be in the form of a cash bond.

Medina was cornered by PNP-IG agents at his apartment at Scout Alcaraz Street, Sta. Mesa, Manila at about 1 p.m. last Saturday based on a warrant issued for him for kidnapping by Sta. Maria, Bulacan Judge Nicasio Bartolome.
