Soliven, Secretary General of the UNESCO Philippine NatCom, together with DepEd Undersecretary Vilma Labrador (also Chair of the NatCom Education Committee) signs a Memorandum of Agreement with CPSCTE (Colombo Plan Staff College for Technician Education) director general Shyamal Majumbar, Education for Life president Edicio dela Torre, and CEU’s Center for Linkages director Ruben Umaly (also the Sec-Gen of the Association of Universities of Asia & the Pacific-Bangkok) in connection with the Philippine bid to be the host of the UNESCO Category 2 Southeast Asian Center for Lifelong Learning for Sustainable Development (SEA-CLLSD).
