Nestle wellness camps up November

MANILA, Philippines - The four-week fitness and wellness program drawn up by coach Jim Saret will be launched at three fitness boot camps around the metropolis next month starting with the Nestle Wellness FitFil (Fit Filipino) Bootcamp from Nov. 4-30 at Bonifacio High street.

The other boot camps are slated Nov. 12-Dec. 7 at the Alabang Town Center and Nov. 19-Dec. 14 at the SM Mall of Asia.

The month-long fitness event, designed to help participants get slimmer, stronger and healthier, will be held thrice week. Sessions include exercise briefing, nutrition counseling, and different workout programs.

Also included in the program are muay thai, yoga, zumba, TRX, and the newest addition and aquatraining.

Saret’s proven world-class fitness formula is used by elite national athletes, varsity players, celebrities, runners, swimmers and even obese individuals.

The FitFil Bootcamp is an advocacy to keep at least one million Filipinos fit, strong and healthy as study shows that one out of four Filipinos is obese. He patented the famous four-minute workout that can burn up to 600 calories.
