TORONTO (AP) — Center Andrew Bogut is in the starting lineup for the Golden State Warriors on Monday against the Raptors, his first action since November 7.
The No. 1 overall draft pick out of Utah in 2005, Bogut has been limited to just four games this season while recovering from microfracture surgery on his left ankle.
When he was acquired from Milwaukee last season, the 7-foot Bogut was recovering from a broken ankle. The injury caused him to miss the remainder of the season.
He underwent surgery in April and played in four of Golden State's first five games this season before announcing he was taking time off to strengthen his ankle.
Bogut is averaging 6.0 points and 3.8 rebounds.
