MANILA, Philippines - Fern-C Racing top guns Milo and Estefano Rivera and talented recruit Raymond Cudala will fly to Jakarta next week to join the Phl karting team’s quest for honors as Indonesia hosts the final two rounds of the 2012 Asian Karting Open Championships set Dec. 15-16 at the Sentul International Circuit.

The Rivera brothers, both students of Don Bosco-Makati, will be gunning for the top plums of the annual karting series with high hopes of bringing back the country’s  karting supremacy in the sport.

They are supported by corporate partner Getaway Tours International Inc, and the support of BOSCH Power Tools and its official carrier Philippine Airlines.

Milo is a top contender for the Asian Karter of the Year plum as he’s second overall in the premiere Formula 125 Open Senior class  with 57 points, five points behind Indonesian Senna Sulaiman.

Despite missing action in the Macau kickoff, Estefano still managed to secure the No. 2 spot behind Indonesian frontrunner Darma Mangkuluhur in the race for the Asian Junior diadem following his strong finishes in the two AKOC races in Carmona and Clark.
