MANILA, Philippines - Jay Solmiano’s light-welterweight match against Singdet Sithsaithong of Thailand serves as the main bout of the weekly Rod Nazario’s In This Corner tonight over PTV-4.
The 7-8 p.m. program, presented by Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer, Purefoods, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), and Petron, is set for 10 rounds.
The fight was part of the “Bigating Mandirigma Showdown” presented by ARCI Promotions of June Camille Razon Baltazar and Ryan Gabriel and Noah Deyto of Gold Boxing Promotions, with Razon’s of Guagua as sponsor.
In the preliminary bout, Gerry Patino and Rennel Flechero slug it out in a six-round bantamweight match held at the 2nd floor Toppe Shope of the Makati Square in Makati City.
