NARITO ang iba’t ibang fresh juice at pakinabang na makukuha rito:

1. Carrot juice—Napapanatili ang maayos na paningin at naiiwasan ang pagtubo ng tagihawat.

2. Celery juice—Nagpapababa ng stress hormone level at naiiwasan ang constipation dahil mayaman sa fiber.

3. Cabbage juice—Nililinis ang gastrointestinal tract at nagpapagaling ng stomach ulcers.

4. Ginger juice—Nagpapagaling sa arthritis at pagkahilo na may kasamang pagsusuka.

5. Lemon juice—Tumutulong sa detoxification process ng atay at pagtunaw sa taba mula sa karne na nakain natin.

6. Apple juice—Nagpapagaling ng  constipation, at nakakadurog ng gall stones.

7. Cucumber juice—pinababa ang “bad LDL cholesterol”.

8. Grape juice—Mainam para sa may herpes simplex and influenza viruses at hepatitis.

9. Parsley juice—Nagpapagaling ng allergies, cellulitis, mercury poisoning at skin problems.

10. Tomato juice—Nagpapalakas ng liver, nagpapagaling ng diarrhea at chronic indigestion.

11. Watermelon juice—Nagpapagaling ng urinary problems, edema, at canker sores. Pampaihi kaya mainam sa kidney at pantog. Mas mainam kung isasama  ang “rind” (green part kapag tinanggal ang balat) sa mismong laman. Masustansiya rin ang rind.
