PNP ops sa KOJC compound, pinatigil ng Davao RTC
MANILA, Philippines — Ipinatigil ng korte sa Davao City ang operasyon ng pulisya sa Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound sa Buhangin District, Davao City.
Naglabas kahapon ang Davao City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 ng cease-and-desist order laban sa operasyon ng Philippine National Police (PNP) sa lugar.
Ipinag-utos ni Davao City RTC Branch 15 Presiding Judge Mario Duaves sa PNP na agad alisin ang anumang uri ng barikada sa compound.
“Hence, this Court unany act or omission that threatens the life, liberty, or security as well as the properties of the petitioners,” lahad ni Duaves.
“The PNP XI is hereby ordered to remove all forms of barricades, barriers or blockades that bar the access to and from the subject compound and hinder,” dagdag nito.
Samantala, sa kabila ng paglabas ng cease and desist order ng korte ay hindi titigil ang PNP at tuloy pa rin ang operasyon sa paghahanap kay Quiboloy sa loob ng compound ng KOJC.
Ayon kay Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sec. Benjamin Abalos Jr., sinabi nito na ang tanging pagharang sa lagusan at pagbarikada lamang ng pulis ang ipinahihinto ng korte.
Kumpiyansa naman si Abalos na malapit na malapit na nilang makuha si Quiboloy dahil sa magandang impormasyon na nakuha nila hinggil sa kinaroroonan ng puganteng pastor.
