MANILA, Philippines - Anim na hinihinalang tulak ng droga ang nasakote sa magkakahiwalay na buy-bust operation sa Southern Leyte at Misamis Occidental.
Nakilala ang mga suspek na sina Sergio Dublado,55, ng Sogod, Southern Leyte; Renato Roque, 33, ng Brgy. Ospital, Aloran, Misamis Occidental; Danny Patlingrao, 31, ng Brgy. Digson, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental; Lolita Dela Cruz, 58; Johnny Dela Cruz, 37; Jeffrey Bautista, 20, na pawang mga taga-Sitio Quirat, Brgy. Rizal, Santiago City, Isabela.
Nadakip si Dublado matapos bentahan ng shabu ang isang undercover agent ng PDEA Regional Office 8 noong Abril 10 sa Sogod, Southern Leyte.
Nahaharap si Dublado sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) at Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o Ang Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Sa kaparehong araw ay natimbog naman sina Roque at Patlingrao sa Brgy. Ospital Aloran, Misamis Occidental bandang 9:30 ng umaga.
Nabawi ng PDEA RO 10- Misamis Occidental-Provincial Special Enforcement Team at Provincial Special Operations Group-Police Provincial Police Office ang 10 pakete ng shabu mula sa dalawang suspek, dalawang nakarolyong aluminum foil at ginamit na marked money.
Samantala, noong Abril 12 naman nahuli ang mga Dela Cruz at Bautista sa loob ng hinihinalang drug den sa Sitio Quirat, Brgy. Rizal, Santiago City, Isabela.
Nahaharap si Lolita Dela Cruz sa paglabag sa Sections 5, 6 (Maintenance of a Drug Den), 11, 12 at Section 15 (Use of Dangerous Drugs), Article II ng RA 9165.
Makakasuhan naman ng violation of Sections 7 (Employees and Visitor of a Drug Den), 11, 12 at 15 sina Johnny Dela Cruz at Bautista.
