Pakinggan ang ating katawan, kung feeling na hin­di kayang mag-exercise o magtrabaho ay huwag itong gawin. Kung kailangang manatili sa kama maghapon dahil sa lagnat o trangkaso huwag labanan ang sarili.

Tingnan ang mga natural remedies para sa trangkaso:

1. Magpahinga, isang paraan upang malabanan ang infection.

2. Humigop ng sabaw o chicken soup.

3. Lumanghap ng sariwang hangin.

4. Steamy shower. Kapag wala, gumawa ng steam vaporizer.

5. Maglagay ng warm compress sa noo o ilong

6. Magmumog ng maligamgam na tubig na may asin

7. Kumain ng lozenges o strepsils.
