Kahit kumita na ng P10-M sa endorsements, Alden at Maine hindi nagpapa-pressure na magkainlaban
Pati ang kinikita ng phenomenal loveteam nila Alden Richards at Maine Mendoza a.k.a. Yaya Dub mula sa kanilang mga ini-endorse na mga produkto ay inusisa sa kanilang ikalawang exclusive interview sa BBC News.
Hindi nga napagkakaila na ang AlDub loveteam ang pinaka-in-demand product endorsers ngayon. Halos lahat na ng produkto mula sa damit, pagkain, cleaning agents, gadgets, beauty clinic at mga grooming products ay gusto na sila ang magdala ng mga ito.
Ayon pa sa report ni Rico Hizon ay higit kumulang na 9.2 million pesos na ang kinita ng AlDub sa endorsements pa lang.
“By international standards, the sum total of their endorsements is paltry. No one would confirm how much they’re earning from these deals but it’s estimated to be little more than $200,000 (£132,600).”
Naging record-breaking din sa TV ratings at sa Twitter ang nalikha ng AlDub loveteam via the kalyeserye segment ng Eat Bulaga.
“Since being featured in the show, the previously unknown couple have pulled in an average of 8.6 million viewers every day - a record rating for a Philippine lunchtime television show.”

Newscaster na si William Thio, iniwan ang trabaho dahil sa hiya
May valid reason kung bakit hindi na napapanood sa news program ng UNTV na Why News? ang model-turned-newscaster na si William Thio.
Naging mahirap na raw sa kanya ang i-balanse ang kanyang schedule dahil bukod sa paglabas sa Why News? ay meron din siyang hawak na shows sa GNN (Global News Network) tulad ng News Force at Opinion Leaders.
Meron din siyang sariling business at hands-on siya sa lahat ng kanyang projects.
Kaya walang ibang choice kundi magbawas muna ng kanyang trabaho si William.
“Kahit na ayokong iwan ang Why News because Kuya Daniel Razon is so nice to me, ayoko namang abusuhin ang pagiging mabait niya sa akin.
“Ilang beses na rin kasi akong wala sa Why News at nakakahiya na sa mga kasama ko roon like si Diego Castro who is the news anchor.
“That’s why I resigned from the show because I can no longer fulfill my duty sa show.
Kakagaling lang ni William mula sa U.S. dahil tumanggap siya ng award mula sa Gawad Amerika bilang Most Promising News Personality of 2015.
Sa December 13 ay tatanggap siya ng WAHOD Excellence Award as Institutional Male Broadcaster para sa kanyang show na Spotlight sa UNTV 37.
America’s Next Top Model bingi ang nanalo
Si Nyle DiMarco ang kauna-unahang deaf contestant at pangalawang lalake na manalo bilang America’s Next Top Model Cycle 22.
Sa pinakahuling cycle ng ANTM, masusing nag-debate ang producer and creator ng show na si Tyra Banks kasama ang judges na sina J. Alexander, Kelly Catrone at Yu Tsai kung sino ang mananalo kina Nyle DiMarco at Mame Adjei.
Pero unanimous ang decision na si Nyle ang karapat-dapat na manalo.
Nakakausap nga si Nyle sa pamamagitan ng sign languages at lip-reading.
“Being a Deaf person on a television show alone is pretty groundbreaking, so it felt incredible just to be on the show – but to win it was amazing!
“My proudest moment would be the picture of me with the husky.
“It was basically the first time I was clothed for a shoot, and I won the best photo. That photo proved that there is more to me than just my body – there’s my ability to blend into clothes, my modeling skills and my ad-worthiness.
“I wanted to take advantage of the platform, not only to prove that I’m the best but also to educate and prove to the world what Deaf people are capable of.
“So I kept a smile on my face and had positive thoughts,” pahayag ni Nyle sa People magazine.
Gusto ng first-ever Deaf winner ng ANTM na maging inspirasyon siya sa maraming tao na nasa Deaf community.
“I hope that my win inspires the Deaf community to start pursuing their desired careers.
“There are so many talented deaf people that the world needs and can benefit from. I want to continue to show my skills in the modeling world and entertainment industry.”
