Dyan puro healthy food at exercise ang ginagawa kaya hindi tumataba

Bagama’t masasabi kong nodding acquaintance kami, kumbaga, ni Dyan Castillejo, we often bump into each other sa lobby ng ABS-CBN pero we never have had the chance na magkausap face to face. Not until fellow entertainment columnist Shirley Pizarro, through her publicist sister Elvie, invited us to the presscon Tuesday this week.

Well, the presscon was the launch of Dyan’s new brand, which she calls DyanFit, where she freely and gladly shares with those interested via her website dyancastillejo.com., her passion for health and active lifestyle.

The former athlete and now TV host said, no matter what age we are, we can still remain healthy, good looking, and fit, basta we exert a little effort.

Kaya sa kanyang DyanFit Workout, Dyan de­mons­trates what effective workout ang puwede na­ting gawin, to maintain a particular shape we want for our body, lalo na sa ating arms, abs, legs, back, and chest.

Sa Healthy Eats naman, she suggests the right food we should eat at kung gaano karami ang ating kakainin.

Sa mga kampeon, one is allowed the chance na ma-witness, again, through her website, the fitness routines of some of our favorite celebrity athletes such as David Beckham and Rep. Manny Pacquiao.

As a bonus, Dyan also shares bright ideas on where the family can travel together and enjoy good food while at the same time discovers new things and places.

But don’t look now, her mom, now in her 70s, maintains to date a 22-inch waistline. At heto pa, her ermat, who was with Dyan sa presscon, was wearing a six-inch pair of high-heeled shoes.

But the real big star of the presscon was Dyan’s 11-year-old son, Matthew, na napaka-guwapo, bibo, intelligent, and articulate, both in Tagalog at English, and like his mother is himself a health buff.

Asked if she would consent to have her son join showbiz, Dyan said, it depends on the boy.

Ibang anak ni Lotlot walang interes sa showbiz

Guess who we bumped into sa labas ng Starbucks, located within the compound of the ELJ Building on ABS-CBN? Lotlot de Leon. Na higit na sexy at maganda ngayon.

Ayon kay Lotlot, she just came from a guest appearance in It’s Showtime. Katatapos lang daw niya ng series na Juan dela Cruz.

Asked what her next assignment is, Lotlot said, waiting siya and hoping that it’s another series. Or a movie.

Meanwhile, happy daw siya for daughter Janine Gutierrez , who  finally is given the break due the girl, a lead role opposite Elmo Magalona in the series Villa Quintana. Also in the cast are Paolo Contis, Sunshine Dizon at Raymart Santiago.

Lotlot has another daughter, Jessica, who is equally pretty as Janine but appears not interested in a showbiz career. Her two sons, yes, all four by her former husband, Ramon Christopher, and very good looking, too, are studying.

Janine herself finished first her college course at the Ateneo de Manila University bago siya sumabak sa showbiz.

Alex at Kean madalas na namang magkasama

Madalas magka-eksena sina Alex Gonzaga at Kean Cipriano sa programa nilang Banana Nite and Banana Split Extra Scoop.

Tuloy, tanong ng ilang nakakaalam na nagkaroon ng kahapon ang dalawa ’di raw sinasadya ito ng ‘‘powers’’ behind the gag show para nga mag-reconcile sila.

But were still doing shows for TV5 nang maging mag-on sina Alex at Kean.

Well, ’wag na nating ‘‘kalkalin’’ kung sino sa dalawa ang higit na nasaktan nang sila’y maghiwalay.
