Toni madadagdagan ng panibagong trabaho

Tiyak daw, Salve A., na bago matapos ang taon ay magkakaroon ng bagong episode ng Pinoy Big Brother (PBB).

’Pag nagkataon magkakaroon ng additional job si Toni Gonzaga who is four times nang nakikita on TV every Sunday.

The four shows she hosts on ABS-CBN are ASAP 18, The Buzz, Kuwentong Buhay, Kuwentong Kusina, and The Voice of the Philippines na may edition nga pala ng Saturdays din.

Ang pagkakaiba nga lang ng PBB ay daily evening program ito.

Maraming ‘‘graduates’’ ang PBB ngayon ay mga genuine star na. Kabilang na sina Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, Zanjoe Marudo, Ejay Falcon, Melai Cantiveros, Jason Francisco, Jayson Gainza, and, of course, Robbie Domingo who is following Toni’s footsteps as a TV host.

Kasama rin ni Toni si Robbie sa The Voice… at ang kapatid na si Alex Gonzaga.

Of Robbie, we learned na kahit ‘‘malulong’’ pa siya sa kanyang promising career as a TV host, in time ay he will resume his medical studies pa rin. He promised this daw to his parents.

Robbie finished a course in the Ateneo de Manila University na preparatory sa kanyang medical course sana.

Sylvia Sanchez binitawan ang negosyong resto

In a short talk we had with Sylvia Sanchez, kusa pala niyang na-give up ang kanyang restaurant, TJ (for Tita Josette, her real first name) sa may ABS-CBN (Scout Esguerra). Feeling niya raw kasi she has had na enough of the restaurant business.

Prior nga naman kasi sa TJ, she used to own and manage one as well sa Greenhills, San Juan City.

Sylvia said that other than acting kasi, her passion is cooking.

The actress said she plans to venture into another business which has nothing to do with food, but which, she said, matagal na niyang pinag-aralan at pinag-ipunan.

Her husband Art Atayde, as always, is giving Sylvia her full support sa bagong business na kanyang papasukan. It’s another business na close to her heart.

Meanwhile, anytime soon daw she, along with the original members of the TV show Be Careful With My Heart, will start shooting for its movie version. The film, which will retain TV director Jeffrey Jeturian as direktor, ang Richard Yap at Jodi Sta. Maria, as lead performers.

Gumaganap si Sylvia sa series bilang ina ni Jodi. At, of course, ni Aiza Seguerra.

Itong role na ito rin daw ang gagampanan niya sa movie version ng hit nilang TV series.

Tom minadyik ng writers

Speaking of Be Careful With My Heart, nagawan ng paraan ng mga writer ang desisyon ni Tom Rodriguez, a permanent fixture in the top afternoon teleserye, to give up his role bilang ama ng anak ni Aiza. Lovable rin ang role ni Tom sa Be Careful with My Heart.

In any case, ang pag-exit ni Tom ay ginawang kunwari tumungo siya ng Saudi Arabia to work there.

Now, we all know, of course, that from being a Kapamilya, Tom is now a Kapuso.

Tom plays the other closet queen (the other is Dennis Trillo) in the GMA 7 equally top series na My Husband’s Lover which also stars Carla Abellana.
