Soguilon PSL -outstanding swimmer
KALIBO, Aklan, Philippines--Pinangunahan nina Kyla Sogui-lon at Heather White ang mga Most Outstanding Swimmers (MOS) sa Elite Category (Class A at B) sa 84th Philippine Swimming League (PSL) National Series Swimming Championship sa Aklan Provincial Sports Complex sa Makato dito.
Ang mag-aaral ng Kalibo Sun Yat Sen School na si Soguilon ay nanalo ng limang ginto sa larangan ng girls’ 10 years 50-meter butterfly (34.09) at 50m backstroke (35.43) na pawang mga bagong records sa torneo. Kampeon din siya sa 200m Individual Medley, 50m freestyle at 50m breaststroke. Nanalo naman ang 8-year old na si White sa 200m IM, 50m butterfly, 50m backstroke, 50m freestyle at 50m breaststroke.
“We’re not just developing swimmers to became future champions but to also mold their characters. And we are happy that these kids are moving towards the right path through the guidance of the Philippine Swimming League (PSL),” ani PSL president Susan Papa.
Pinarangalan din sina Michael Gabriel Lozada Georjeana Deb Plenago, Rython Garcia, Jennuel Booh De Leon, Lyssa Marie Enero, Johann Christian Abogadie, Sidley Rose, Nicholei Malumay, Lucio Cuyong 2nd (boys’ 12), Atilla Pia, Isabela Lo, Carl Wilfred Adones, Franchino Milano Aplaon, Rose Mary Occeno at Michael Novem Jarder.
