33 tankers may tiket na sa 2017 Taipei meet

MANILA, Philippines – Umabot na sa 33 tan­kers ang makakasama sa 2017 Summer World University Games sa Taipei, Taiwan nang naabot ng mga ito ang quali­fying standards na itinakda ng Philippine Swimming League (PSL).

Sina Indian Ocean All Star Challenge gold meda­list Martin Jacob Pupos, at mga beterano ng Gwangju Universiade na sina Jason Difuntorum, Marvin Para­lisan, Raymund Sevilla at Jan Vincent Llaguno ang na­nguna sa talaan ng mga nakapasa na sa Taiwan Games.

Kasama na rin sa listahan sina Allysa Alano, Jorene Alarilla, Aerbeen Almoneda, Bryan Antonio, Ernest Arceo, Nhelliza Bautista, Patrick Bormate, Leichelle Buenaventura, Alfred Conda, Ryan Dimayuga, Malachi Enero, Mara Hilado, Loenard Licudo, Randy Llantino, Luis Lucero, Alonzo Magadia, Sean Manicad, Carmenrose Matabuena, Angel Medrano, Joana Obang, Sam Ongjoco, Edryl Reyes, Macy Reyes, Alliah Saliendra, Chedie Seguera, Miku Tanaka, Martina Villanueva at Aubrey Ybanez.

“The Philippine Swimming League is prepa­ring this early to be able to give chance to as many swimmers as we can to experience the amazing World Universiade Games 2017 to be held in Taipei,” pahayag ni PSL president Susan Papa.

Sunod na bibigyan ng PSL ng tsansa na makaabot sa qualifying mark ang mga taga-Davao at Bicol sa ganaping 2015 PSL Davao Swim Meet sa Tagum City Sports Complex sa Agosto 15 at sa 3rd El Presdidente Swim Cup sa Mariner’s Polytechnic College Foundation Pool sa Legaspi City sa Agosto 22.
