Para sa 2012 PBA Philippine Cup, ibabandera ng Batang Pier sina scoring champion Gary David at two-time PBA Most Valuable Player Willie Miller.

Kaagad na makakasukatan ng Batang Pier ni coach Glenn Capacio ang Ginebra Gin Kings ni mentor Siot Tanquingcen sa Setyembre 30.
Ipaparada ng Ginebra si dating Alaska playmaker LA Tenorio.
