“It’s always been my dream to play in the PBA. I hopes to bring fresh kind of basketball sa PBA,” wika ni Casio matapos tawagin ang kanyang pangalan bilang kauna-unahan sa kabuuang 34 aspiranteng tinawag sa stage.

Hindi naman pinakawalan ng Rain or Shine si Paul Lee ng University of the East bilang No. 2 overall pick kasunod sina No. 3 Chris Lutz (Petron Blaze), No. 4 Marcio Lassiter (Powerade), No. 5 Mark Barroca (Sophinas). No. 6 Mac Baracael (Alaska), No. 7 Jason Ballesteros (Meralco), No. 8 PBA D-League MVP Allein Maliksi (Barako Bull, dating Air21), No. 9 Reil Cervantes (Barangay Ginebra) at No. 10 Dylan Ababou (Barako Bull).

Ang mga nahugot sa second round ay sina No. 11 Magi Sison (Shopinas), No. 12 Pamboy Raymundo (Talk ‘N Text), No. 13 Erik Salamat (Alaska), No. 14 Julius Pasculado (Alaska) at No. 15 Ariel Mepana (Alaska).

Ang iba pang mga nakuha sa second round ay sina No. 16 Brian Ilad (B-Meg), No. 17 Gilbert Bulawan (Meralco), No. 18 James Martinez (Ginebra), No. 19 Ken Acibar No. 20 Paul Joseph Sorongan (Barako Bull) at No. 21 Marc Agustin (Powerade).
