Indonesia mabigat na kalaban ng RP Patriots

MANILA, Philippines - Walong dating PBA pla­yers at dalawang bagong imports ang ipaparada ng Philippine Patriots para sa AirAsia ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) Season 2.

Kaagad na makakatapat ng Patriots, ipaparada si dating Sta. Lucia reinforcement Anthony Johnson at baguhang si 6-foot-11 center Donald Little, ang Brunei Barracudas sa Linggo sa Ynares Sports Center sa Pasig City.

Ngunit ikinukunsidera naman ni head coach Louie Alas ang Satria Muda BritAma ng Indonesia bilang pinakamalakas na koponan sa torneo dahil na rin sa pagkuha sa tatlong dating PBA players.

“Our five rivals have beefed up their respective rivals but I think Satria Muda BritAma is the strongest of them all,” ani RP Patriots head coach Louie Alas. Ang mga dating PBA cagers na hinugot ng Indonesian squad ay sina Kiko Adriano, veteran center Don Camaso at forward Ronald Capati katuwang sina imports Marcus Morrison at Jamal Holden.

Kumpiyansa naman sina team owners Mikee Romero ng Harbour Centre at Tony Boy Cojuangco sa tsansa ng Patriots na makamit ang kanilang ikalawang sunod na ABL crown.
