Nakalingkawas na sab ang University of San Carlos (USC) Warriors gikan sa kulbahinam nga duwa aron pagtanom sa ilang ikaduhang sunod-sunod nga daog sa men's volleyball event sa 11th National University Games kagahapon didto sa Negros Occidental Multi-Purpose Center sa Bacolod City.

Ang Warriors nakaipsot gikan sa mga kamot sa host team University of Negros Occiental-Recoletos (UNO-R) sa upat ka kulbahinam nga sets, 25-22, 21-25, 25-19, 25-21.

Karong adlawa ang Warriors moharong sa University of Northern Philippines (UNP) sa Vigan City didto gihapon sa Negros Occidental Multi-Purpose Center.

Ugma, ang Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation, Inc. (CESAFI) men's volleyball champion moharong sa mas lig-on nga De La Salle University-Manila sa alas-2:15 sa hapon didto sa University of St. La Salle (USLS) covered court.

Sa laing bahin, ang University of Southern Philippines-Foundation (USP-F) Panthers volleybelles padayon pang nagduwa alang sa ilang ikaduhang batok sa University of Santo Tomas sa pagsulat niini.

Anng Panthers gitakdang mohamag batok sa Foundation University of Dumaguete City karong alas-8:00 sa buntag didto sa Negros Occidental Multi-Purpose Center. Ila sab nga layugon ang Ateneo de Manila University ugma didto sa USLS covered court.
