"The discussions are not necessarily meant towards the reinstatement of the BAP," ani Eala. "But we have just been looking at the options based on the principles of reasonable practicality to lift the suspension."

"There have been cases presented to the stakeholders that this is the fastest way to do it. There are other cases that have been presented that this is the better way. And one of the options is to simply go through the BAP route, which is to ammend the Constitution of the BAP, re-organize the BAP with the stakeholders already there," ani Eala.

"As far as the PBA is concerned, the PBA is not committed to any team. We are simply facilitating this, and we look forward to unifying the stakeholders and lifting the suspension of the Philippines," sabi ni Eala. (Russell Cadayona)
