"Our initial efforts to unite basketball stake-holders including the professional leagues, PBA, PBL, the NCAA and the UAAP among others, were seen by many as a step in the right direction," ani Cojuangco sa kan-yang press statement. "Sadly, the BAP refused to yield to public indignation and instead peddled the interests of individuals mandated to propagate genuine love for the discipline."
"The recommendation I will push through for is fair and the BAP must not nurture fears because it will be judged by a jury of its peers-- the General Assembly," wika ni Cojuangco.
"We need 26 votes, and I think we will get 26 votes. In fact, I would like to see every member gets to understand the situation. I think there is any Filipino who understands the situation will go against this recommen-dation that Im making," ani Cojuangco.
