Chef Andy Masuda conducts exclusive classes for CCA, Manila

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Culinary Arts (CCA, Manila), brings back Japanese sushi master, Chef Andy Matsuda, for a series of cooking classes.

Learn how to make an authentic Japanese-style noodle soup in a two-day ramen class on Oct. 20 to 21, from 9 am to 12 noon and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Chef Matsuda is also conducting Bento Box preparation classes from October 22-24, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Classes will be held at CCA Manila’s main campus at 287 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, QC. Participants will receive dual certificates from CCA and the Sushi Chef Institute.
