Landmark book on Philippine food by CCA-Manila

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Culinary Arts-Manila is pleased to announce that it has published the first volume of the landmark book series, Philippine Ingredients, available as an e-book that may be downloaded for free at the school’s official website.

Philippine Ingredients, Volume 1: Vegetables and Fruits is a visual reference of vegetables and fruits endemic to the country. It is a useful guide not only to cooking professionals, culinary educators and students, but also to food enthusiasts.
