Discover anew one of Asia’s most extraordinary cuisines when Chef Sumalee Boonek of the Thiptara Thai Restaurant returns, this time with Khun Sumalee, Thiptara’s chef de cuisine. Guest chef Khun will regale with her signature dishes like Gai Yang Ta-Krai (barbecued marinated chicken with lemongrass and sweet-sour sauce), Choo Chee Pla-Ka-Phong (seabass with red curry cream sauce), Yum Som-O Goong Phao (grilled prawn salad with pomelo), Thid Mun Pla-Grai (deep fried fish cakes with spicy cucumber sauce), Yum Thua-Ploo (winged bean salad with shrimps and peanuts) and Phad Thai Khai Hor (stir-fried rice noodles with shrimps wrapped in egg nets).
