Steak night at Le Feu

Le Feu (French for “the fire”) has been around for a year but I never got to try it despite hearing great reviews from some friends. I decided to check out this place and discovered a jewel. Le Feu Steak House raises the bar in Makati with its signature steaks and new menu highlights.
This restaurant is located in Makati’s Hotel Celeste and continues to solidify its reputation as a premier dining destination in Makati. One does need a reservation as the place is usually full! Le Feu is helmed by Chef Kevin Villarica, who prepares a premium European-inspired steak menu and an impressive array of new anticipated dishes.
Kevin is known for his modern Filipino cuisine but showcases a different facet of his talent at Le Feu, focusing on elevated comfort food. The menu features a selection of steaks, headlined by the crowd favorite juicy and tender Brazilian-style Picanha. Le Feu announced new additions to its menu such as Wagyu Picanha, Claypot Steak Rice and the Wagyu Double Smash Burger.
The restaurant’s surge in popularity was undoubtedly because of its food. I really enjoyed the Caesar Salad with Wagyu bresaola (air-dried salted beef) and their Aglio Olio that Kevin served with prawns — a perfect dish to have with steak!
Le Feu also offers seafood dishes including the yummy Halibut & Lemon Caper Cream. The packed lunch crowd can also be attributed to some of its special promotions, including an unlimited steak and sides lunch!
Le Feu provides an elegant and intimate dining atmosphere, perfect for a romantic evening, a special celebration, or a memorable business dinner. I’m glad I got to check this place out.
Le Feu Steak House is open daily from 11 am to 10 pm and is located at the ground floor of Hotel Celeste, 2 San Lorenzo Drive corner Arnaiz Avenue, Makati City. Call (0917) 8526541 or email [email protected] for inquiries. Reservations are recommended.
