Bring your ‘Sexy’ back

Singer-actress Rachel Alejandro and her sister, chef Barni Alejandro-Rennebeck, recently launched the much-awaited The Sexy Chef Cookbook at National Book Store in Glorietta 1, Makati City.

The Sexy Chef Cookbook is a collection of healthy food recipes where Barni shares calorie-cutting cooking techniques and tricks on how to transform everyday favorites into more nutritious versions. The book also contains personal stories from the authors on their successful weight loss strategies and secrets for staying slim. It highlights existing recipes for the food they deliver to their clients daily as well as new recipes Barni created just for the book. With a little know-how and preparation, the authors believe that people can eat their favorite food and still maintain a slim figure, and that cooking healthy meals doesn’t have to be difficult, expensive and time-consuming.

A lot of The Sexy Chef clients are celebrities who have lost weight eating the delivered low-fat and low-calorie meals prepared by the Alejandro sisters. I have tried their food and it surprisingly tastes great without all the fat-laden ingredients. Maybe it’s time for me to lose weight and follow the recipes from The Sexy Chef Cookbook!
