This refers to your lead story today in Philippine STAR (July 19, 2013) regarding an alleged US$30-M shakedown at the Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC). The convoluted story mentions some involvement supposedly by my uncle Steve Psinakis.

For your information, Uncle Steve has been incapacitated with Parkinsons disease over the last five years and had pretty much kept to himself and his family.
