This has reference to Ms. Christina Mendez’s story entitled “7 Cabinet members still have to pass CA Scrutiny” (10 May 2011, The Philippine STAR, p. 8) citing DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson and six other P-Noy cabinet members still awaiting confirmation and scrutiny by the Commission on Appointments (CA) of their appointments.
May we wish to inform that Secretary Singson was already confirmed by the Commission on Appointments last Dec. 15, 2010 as DPWH Secretary.
