MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine chapter of the Boston College Alumni Association would like to invite all BC alumni and friends of Boston College in the Philippines to a fellowship night and induction of officers on Saturday, Jan. 19, 5:30 p.m., at the atrium of the Ayala Museum, Makati Avenue, corner de la Rosa Street, Makati City.
Dr. Andrew Boynton, dean of the Carroll School of Management, Boston College, will be the special guest of honor at this event. He will provide some updates about Boston College and the strategic directions that the university is taking, and will also share some ideas from his latest book, The Idea Hunter: How to Find the Best Ideas and Make them Happen.
Boynton will also induct the founding board of the BCAA-Philippines, led by Phillip Hagedorn (BS Mgt ’89) as president, and Lizzie Eder Zobel (BA Philo and Econ ’87), as vice president. Other board members include Joel Binamira (BS Mgt ’86), Iker Aboitiz (BS Mgt ’94), Rudy Ang (MBA ’88), Ronna Reyes Sieh (BS Mgt ’92), Jay Ong (BS Finance ’91), and Woochong Um (BS Mgt ’86).
