Statement of UP President Alfredo Pascual on the Mark Joseph Solis Issue

MANILA, Philippines - University of the Philippines (UP) President Alfredo Pascual released a statement on Wednesday regarding the issues surrounding  UP graduate student Mark Joseph Solis, who admitted to using a stolen photo for a competition sponsored by the Chilean Embassy.
