Corruption destroys our country

Massive corruption casts a dark, lasting shadow on us. It breeds widespread massive poverty for our kababayans... worse than natural calamities that destroyed certain parts of our country!

As corruption greatly lessens aid for education of our youth, our FUTURE, of their bright future… so is our country’s future! Corruption demoralizes law-abiding, honest-paying-taxes citizenry when they see billions wantonly, surreptitiously disappear from government coffers.

Millions of mouths have nothing to eat, millions remain homeless, millions of children unable to finish schooling. Corruption is cruelty of man against man in the highest degree!

Eliminate corruption and our infrastructure facilities, schools, hospitals, airports would be world-class that we can be truly proud of. Life for society’s bottom rungs will be easier... redounding to better a peace and order situation.

Eliminate corruption and a great number of suffering OFWs abroad will be home. Our society pays a very steep price for OFWs’ dislocation from their families, as it results to many broken homes, drug dependency, moral degeneration, etc.

Wealth illegally acquired gives only fleeting, shallow happiness. Only genuine services to fellow life pilgrims do. It gives long-lasting joy. Like brightly-lighted candles, let’s illumine our darkened world.
