Spirit willing but flesh unable

ALMOST GONE. A man who got back into jogging after a long time was doing rounds at an oval. Each time he passed by his wife who was waiting at the stands he would say to her “Hapit na”.

After several rounds she finally asked him what he meant

“Hapit na mahurot ang cartilage sa akong tuhod,” he said.
