A WASTE. The National Youth Commission is urging President Marcos to issue an executive order making military training a requirement in college and senior high school. Now one student who is about to start college is worried.

“Base sa storya sa among mga senior, samok-samok ra man g’yud to ang ROTC oy. Gasto pa, init pa, wa g’yud ayo,” he said.
