NUISANCE MESSAGES. Some people are now complaining that they are receiving texts from unregistered numbers asking them to vote for a certain candidate.

“Naa lang kalit text moabot. Wa ko kaila sa number. Moingon nga ibotar si kuan kay maayo siya. Taud-taod naa nasad lain. Samok kaayo,” one source told The EAR.

Another thing he wonders is how these texters got his number and those of others.
