I WILL DO IT LATER. A man who was not able to register to vote is happy about the extension given to those who have not registered.

But his friends have noticed that the October 31 deadline is again giving him ample time, as well as the excuse, to dilly-dally.

“Nagsalig nasad nga dugay pa ang deadline. Kalit lang tapos na’s buwan unya magkara-kara na sad na siya,” one of his neighbors said.
