More rumors than treasure

FOOL’S GOLD. After reading reports that a man was buried alive while digging a septic tank during a heavy downpour last Wednesday afternoon in Cordova town, a source said he was told the victim was not digging for a septic tank, but rumored treasure.

He also said there are others digging similar holes in the ground in other areas, but have so far dug up nothing.

“Mas daghan pa huhungihong kaysa bulawan,” the source said.
