COME BACK WHEN YOU’RE SOBER. A man made a scene in his barangay hall after he showed up drunk and upset after his wife left him. He allegedly asked for a lupon to settle his troubles.

It later became worse after he started to faint, apparently from high blood pressure. The barangay hall employees were later able to have the man treated, but decided to no longer let him in the next time he shows up like that.
