Beware of fake bills

CATCH AND RELEASE. A vendor was able to get some measure of justice after a man who a month ago gave him a fake P1,000 bill was arrested after trying to dupe others with his fake bills. The man was quickly collared by barangay tanods, but the vendor decided not to press charges if he returned his money.

While the vendor seemed satisfied with himself, his friends cautioned that the man will eventually be free and go back to duping others.

“Panahon ra ba sa eleksiyon, modaghan to iya mga mini,” one of them said.
