Where were you during 9/11?

I WAS ATTACKING THE US. It has become a standard question to ask people during this day of the year: What were you doing when the planes struck the twin towers during September 11, 2001?

One EAR source recalls he was, ironically, playing “Red Alert 2,” a video game where a totalitarian Russia invades the mainland US.

“Then my mother told me the US was under attack,” he said, “when I asked her how she knew she said a second plane hit the second tower.”

He left his game to watch the news.
