Online billing yes, online payment no

E-HAS? A utility recently announced it can now send bills through email. However, payment is still over the counter.

For some reason the utility is not prioritizing e-payment or payment through online banks, something that their clients have been clamoring for, for years now.

“That’s good but make it easier to pay online now,” one netizen said.

“For so long we have been waiting to be able to pay through banks online, can you please make that a priority. All utility companies are doing it,” another said.
