WRONG TIMING. An Ear informer overheard a supporter of Mayor Michael Rama inside a passenger jeep saying: "Selective justice man ning administration ni President Benigno Aquino III kay taga-opposition ra man ang suspensohon."

CORRECT TIMING. But another passenger asked the supporter: "Kanus-a man diay ang correct timing, mam? If rason nato wrong timing, daghang kawatan, tapulan ug abusadong politiko ma-elect og balik kay wa may masuspenso anang kalakiha."

TIMING. Implementing a suspension order, the other passenger continued, should occur whether or not there is an incoming election.
