Airport vending machine won't dispense coffee

VENDING MACHINE. At the Mactan domestic airport, unsuspecting passengers and employees lose their money to a vending machine that is supposed to dispense Nescafe Coffee but doesn't.

NO SIGN. The machine does not work at all but no out-of-order sign has been placed to warn people. People just keep coming and dropping their coins or inserting peso bills into the machine.

MONEY. The machine just doesn't function, which means it also doesn't spit out the money inserted.
