Values in traffic

DOUBLE-PARKING. Many motorists have complained about the heavy traffic situation along the south national highway in Lawaan, Talisay where a private school stands. No traffic enforcers of Talisay city could be found in or near the vicinity of the school to help ease the traffic because of so many vehicles of parents of the children who are double-parking along the road.  Yet, just 300 meters away, enforcers are waiting for violators near the Linao intersection.

SCHOOL VALUES. An Ear informer said he wonders how this private school instills moral values to its lessons to elementary and high school students when they themselves are causing inconveniences to other innocent motorists who are struck by the traffic caused by the parents of their students.
