YOLANDA. It was not only Tacloban that was left in "tatters" by super typhoon Yolanda. This according to a staff member of a religious charitable organization who "survived" the areas in the Visayas hit by Yolanda. He told an Ear informer that destruction by Yolanda was widespread.
