A balikbayan from UK said the government should require shopping malls in multi-floored buildings to have easy to locate toilets or restrooms in every floor for the easy and convenience of the thousands of shoppers. This balikbayan, a man said he once had to get out of the mall to answer the call of nature because he could not locate the CR of the mall he was in at the time.

SECOND TIME. This was the second time a mall shopper had to tell The Ear about the inconvenience she went through when the urge to answer the call of nature hit her while shopping and she could not locate the restroom.
