IN BRIEF. A decently dressed woman got off a Pardo-bound jeepney midway to her destination when a man in briefs and sleeveless t-shirt boarded the PUJ and sat next to her. "Huot ra ba ang lingkuranan," an Ear informer said. As she got off, the man who sat next to shouted at her: "Asyosa ah, mura'g guwapa."

RULE. Another passenger later said there should be a rule "requesting" passengers in public utility vehicles to dress decently. "Pasapatoson man gani ang mga drayber sa PUJ ug taxi," he said. "Sa Hong Kong dili ka pasakyon og double-decker bus nga nagtsinelas."
