STUDENTS. Our informer said that every year Vietnamese, Thai, Burmese and Cambodian students come to the Phl to study agriculture at UP-Los Baños and the International Rice Research Institute. Returning home after graduation, they help their respective countries in rice production much of which are exported to Phl.
