It will be recalled that after the Million People's March last year, it was reported that a family from a city slum area collected more than 10 sacks of garbage mostly paper which they sold to a junk shop.

OVERHEARD: After reading an article with several photos of Ebola victims in Africa, the wife of a bus driver warned her two children: "Ayaw na'g hikapa ang mga litrato ha. Basin makatakud." Said her fellow wife: "Mga papel ra na oi, tua's Afrika ang Ebola." Said the bus driver: "Ignorante ining misis ko oi." Replied another wife: "Bitaw. Ang gipalit niyang isda dili ipaputos sa newspaper nga dunay litrato sa Ebola."
